ORDERING & PAYMENT

Ordering online is simple. Just choose your product and if applicable select colour, quantity & size from the available drop down menu boxes. O
nce you have finished with your shopping click “proceed to check out”. If we do not have your size or desired colourway in stock please contact us at orders@hiroandwolf.com for availability. We accept all major credit cards & use a secure server powered by Shopify or you can also pay via Paypal. All prices are automatically listed in GBP. Our currency convertor in the top left corner of the site lists the latest exchange rates in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and JPY. These are intended as a guideline only as all sales are made in GBP and exchange rates given by your bank may differ. 

PAYING LATER WITH KLARNA

For UK customers only. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the UK here: United Kingdom
  • Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

RETURNS POLICIES

 

As we are an online store we appreciate that from time to time you may order an item then be unhappy with the cut, colour & /or style/fit of your chosen product. In this case, we offer to refund the item provided you have completed the returns form included & have returned the item(s) to us in *Saleable Condition* within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot refund until we have received the item. We can not process exchanges, please place a new order for the item you require & continue to return the unwanted item as instructed. Orders will be refunded in full, minus any cost paid for shipping in the original transaction. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty**. 

Please make sure when returning your items, you obtain proof of postage to the address below. Please include your original invoice & refund form, without these we will be unable to process your return.

At Hiro + Wolf we manufacture all of our pet accessories in the UK between our Kent and Staffordshire workshops. We are proud of what we make & have extensively tested all of our designs. *Saleable Condition* means that the item is in the condition you bought it in, unused, unworn & without any marks i.e. pet hair, food, grease, dirt, etc. Also, please take care not to scent the item with perfume.

In the case of manufacturing defects:

Goods are considered faulty if they are damaged as new, or a fault becomes apparent during initial use. If your item has become damaged through regular wear or an accident, please see our repairs policy.

You must fill out your returns form with details of the fault, items must be returned to us within 14 days of buyer receiving so we can assess the item to ensure they meet our policy criteria.

**Hiro + Wolf will cover all postage costs of faulty items & either repair defects (where suitable), replace or refund at our discretion.

REFUNDS

Hiro + Wolf will send you a confirmation email to let you know when the refund takes place. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds.

AVAILABILITY

Subject to stock quantities some products may be unavailable; however, we shall contact you to offer alternatives or a time when the product will be available.

As we are a small team making everything in England, from time to time there may be a delay in manufacture. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately as to when we expect to complete the order & will only charge you once order is ready to be despatched.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

All of our customer details are protected and under no circumstances shall we pass on those details to any third parties without your consent. If you would prefer not to be contacted by is in future please uncheck the marketing box at checkout or click unsubscribe from our newsletter.
