Because finding a *real* pet friendly spot to enjoy with your pooch is harder than it should be, we were so very excited when we heard about Style Tails' Luxury Pet Guide. This is a comprehensive list of pet friendly restaurants, pubs, hotels and cafes personally tried and tested over the years by the folks at Style Tails and their pups. Their little black book is now yours - and you can trust each listing to do exactly what it says on the tin.

We have selected a handful of places in London covering SW, E & NW, for our pet parents in London, but if you are further afield, do check The Guide to find great spots in your area, as it extends across the whole of the UK. 

 

SW - Ben's Canteen

Ben's Canteen is a great dog friendly restaurant in Calpham, south west London, that specialises in burgers, wine and brunch. Just a paw-print away from Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common, Ben's is the perfect dog friendly place for a pre or post-walk meal, or to just hang with friends (of both the two and four legged variety).

E4- The Narrow

The Narrow by Gordon Ramsay is a dog friendly restaurant, bar and terrace, only five minutes' walk from Canary Wharf in London. A handsome Grade II-listed riverside restaurant, The Narrow Limehouse offers panoramic waterside views matched by a menu anchored with British ingredients and a splash of Mediterranean gusto.

Perfect for a spot of lunch or dinner in the city with your pooch in tow, this pet friendly restaurant welcomes well-behaved dogs, with bowls of water on hand for thirsty hounds.

NW - York & Albany

What could be better than a long walk in beautiful dog friendly Regent’s Park, followed by a unique dining experience at the York & Albany? Perfectly positioned between hip Camden and doggie heaven, Regent’s Park, Gordon Ramsay’s York & Albany is a stylish dog friendly restaurant in North West London.

This former 1820s coaching inn has been transformed into a well-appointed restaurant, bar, and terrace, delivering a delicious British menu. You can also enjoy a wide selection of carefully chosen English and international wines in York & Albany’s Wine Bar.

E4- The Victoria

The Vic is a one-of-a-kind dog friendly pub near Mile End in East London. Set across three floors, there's the pub area on the ground floor area; big, bright and beautiful with cask ale, craft beer, cocktails and wine, as well as the best in British pub food; the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with your hound.

That's where the 'normal' pub experience stops, head upstairs and you'll find three themed dining rooms, one of which let's you watch the chefs as they work their magic. Be sure to wave hello!

Downstairs, you’ll find mirrors. Push ‘em. Go on, give ‘em a big push & welcome to the secret speakeasy cocktail bar. No one can see in so if you need to hide, the Vic is your partner in crime.
