CUSTOMS INFORMATION
When ordering goods from Hiro + Wolf for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. If you decide not to pay the required customs fees, please be aware that your package will be destroyed by customs authorities and we will not be able to issue a refund for your order or shipping costs.
US customers: From 15th September 2025 onwards, all orders shipped to the United States will have customs, duties and taxes fully covered by Hiro + Wolf (including the new tariffs). This means the price you see at checkout is the final price you’ll pay, with no surprise fees on arrival.
