The 21st is National New York Day! Back in August 2019, our co-founder's Amy & Bee headed off on an adventure to New York to celebrate the launch of Hiro + Wolf in the Big Apple. Amy's fun New York! New York! print has been inspired by numerous New York icons including The Chrysler Building, Coney Island, Fast Food, The Mandarin Duck and Pizza Rat! We had so much fun seeing many of these iconic landmarks in real life, as well as visiting so many amazing dog-friendly locations in New York City. Here are some of the best dog-friendly locations that are a definite must-visit as well as one super-star charity...
Boris & Horton
Boris & Horton is NYC's hippest hound cafe, located in the East Village. Boris & Horton is New York’s first Department of Health approved dog-friendly café where customers are welcome to bring their own dogs inside. In addition to serving great coffee, beer, wine and a vegetarian food menu, Boris & Horton also hosts adoption events and fundraisers with the hope that many dogs find their forever homes here. Whether you own a dog or just like being around them, Boris & Horton is the place to be!

Frankie Eats JC
Situated in the heart of Jersey City, Frankie's is the dream turned reality of hospitality and design duo and dog-lovers, Rowen and Rebecca. We first met this talented couple in our London store and after seeing pictures of their fresh and tropical looking restaurant we knew we had to work on something together. Frankie is built upon Rowen and Rebecca's love of travel, coastal destinations, and a nod to Rowen's home, Sydney Australia. Named after a chihuahua with a big personality whose reputation precedes her people, we could definitely identify with these two entrepreneurs! The menu offers delicious natural wines and some of the best food we have ever tasted, vegan dumplings, homemade humous and stuffed courgette flowers were all favourites.
