Spring Must-Haves For Stylish Pets

Spring Must-Haves For Stylish Pets

Spring is finally here, bringing sunshine, warmer temperatures, longer days, and plenty of playtime for your pets. If you’re the parent of a dog or a cat who spends part of their time outside, spring also means more opportunities to explore the great outdoors! With the easing of lockdown on the horizon for those of us in the UK, that also means there's more opportunities for pups to get out and socialise. So, in celebration of the season, we have put together some of our favourite spring essentials.

WildWash 'Buzz Off' Dog Shampoo

Fleas and ticks are more prominent in the warmer months, and with your pets spending more time outdoors, there are more opportunities for fleas, ticks, and other pests to latch on to your four-legged friends. WildWash is a range of natural pet cosmetics, containing no Parabens, no Phosphates, no Sulphates, no Phthalates, no Petrochemicals and no PEGs - meaning it is always kind to your pets skin. This shampoo uses tried and tested natural flea repellent ingredients to help combat the problem without using any harsh chemicals, just 100% pure essential oils to help keep Fido free from fleas.

Hands Free Dog Lead

Our hands free leads are perfect for spring time adventures as they are so versatile! Wear them across your body to keep your hands free for iced coffee and ice cream, clip them easily around chair or table legs when you're dining al-fresco, use as a long training lead for beach walks or even use them to walk 2 dogs at once!  We think our leafy green Combs collection with pink and olive combs pattern is just perfect for the season too. Inspired by the African 'comb' symbol meaning 'beauty', this print was designed by our co-founder Amy and printed onto organic cotton. We use solid D-rings and our patterned dog leashes are backed onto tough polyester webbing and stitched with nylon thread making them ideal leads for large dogs (and small strong ones!).

Pet Tags

More time outside means it is more important than ever to make sure your pet is wearing a tag and that the details are up to date! In the UK, law states that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address of their owner engraved or written on it, or engraved on a tag. Your telephone number is optional (but we would recommend this). Our range of unique, colourful tags means there's no need for your pet tag to be boring. We love mixing and matching the designs with the collars to create a totally personalised look.

New Toys

Spring means longer days, which means more time to play! Our range of cat and dog toys are handmade by crochet master Cheyenne from strong cotton yarn, meaning they are as durable as they are cute. Spring means the return to work for many of us, and so investing in a new toy or two for your pet is a great way to keep them entertained whilst you're not around as much as they have become accustomed to. Plus, maybe it is time to do some spring cleaning and recycle all those old toys that aren't fit for purpose anymore!

Reflective Flower Collar Accessory

Our pretty floral collar accessories are perfect for adding a bit of spring style to your pets collar! Made from the same luxury leathers as our other pet accessories, meaning you can create a cohesive, colourful look. Each flower has a handy elastic loop on the back, making it easy to slip on to any collar you choose. Not only are these accessories stylish, they are also great for late night walkies or cats that go out after dark as they have a reflective fabric centre so your pet will be easily visible. We're particularly loving the Mint Reflective Flower for a fun pop of colour that is bang on trend for spring.
