Shipping policy

Once you've placed an order with Hiro + Wolf, we'll do our utmost to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible. Orders received before 11am (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day for all items in stock. Orders placed at the weekend or on an English bank holiday are sent the next working day.

 

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or other courier. International orders typically take 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs processing. A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey.

 

If your UK order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or your international order hasn't arrived within 21 working days, please get in touch at [email] and we'll investigate with our courier.

If your item is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund — whichever you'd prefer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

When ordering goods from Hiro + Wolf for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
